The Story
About The Artist
Pierre Hampton is an artist based in Sweden,
with roots that span across the world.
Alongside his work as an artist, he is an active
professional basketball player, representing
the Swedish national team and leading championship teams in Sweden’s top league.
Raised in a creative enviroment,
with his father as both artist and art teacher - expression became a natural part of life early on.
Art grew into something more - a foundation for
confidence, identity and self-trust.
Living in a world shaped by performance,
discipline, pressure and masculine norms —
art became a counterbalance.
A space for reflection.
A space for vulnerability.
A space to reconnect.
Over time, that personal refuge evolved into something greater.
An invitation to play.
To create freely.
To embrace color without hesitation.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more.
I’m proud of where I’ve been,
grateful for the people who have supported me along the way,
